[labnetwork] UGIM paper submission extended through the weekend

Hello colleagues,

We need a few more papers to fill the schedule so I asked IEEE for a grace
period. The new deadline for submission is Monday, 19 March, so you have the
week end to work on it. Pls submit a one-page extended abstract (no full paper
required) for a 20+10 min. talk.
