[labnetwork] Bio samples in CPD in semiconductor cleanroom

Hi All

We have some requests from users of our class 1000 semiconductor cleanroom
to use our Critical Point Dryer (CPD) to dry biological samples ( human
tissue , for example) before SEM inspection. Can anyone suggest if this is
allowed? Are there any specific protocols to follow?
