[labnetwork] Niobium and Hafnium

Dear all,

We have an e-beam evaporator dedicated for contacting III-V semiconductors (Au, Ni, Ge, Ti, Pt, Al, Cr, Pd) and I wonder if there is any experience in the network of these two metals in conjunction with metals cited above.
Alternatively is there any facility that offers services for deposition of Niobium and/or Hafnium in an e-beam evaporator?
