Aside from a gas cabinet which has these features, a cheap and easy solution is offered by Arlyn Scales. See this link: http://www.arlynscales.com/Cylinder-Scales-for-Cylinders-Pails-and-Tanks-p/cylinder-scale.htm They offer a scale with a digital readout with options for Ethernet communications.
