Hi,

For Ge, I see that the mostly recommended crucible is Al2O3. But, we tried
and observe charging effects here. However, Kurt Lesker recommends
Graphite. Can anyone share your experience with Ge deposition through
ebeam evaporation?
Should it be graphite or Al2O3 ...?

thanks and best regards,
sunanda
