Hi,
Sorry - I guess I shld've posted a picture from the beginning - pls see attached
The system is fully functional - we have used it as a CMOS-compatible machine.
It's an old, but reliable tool.
Pumps will not be included.
The system is still in our cleanroom, but it has been disconnected in preparation for moving it out (we'll wrap it & keep it clean).
