[labnetwork] Device on PDMS

Dear All,

We have a group here that is interesting to make some gold electrodes on PDMS substrates.
We found it is very challenging to bake the resist on PDMS dew to it temp. sensitivity (shrinks).
Can anyone advise us on how to do it, any tricks?
