Hello All,
We have a Dimatix DMP2850 and a Pixdro LP50 inkjet printer systems with which we'd like to print a pattern for liftoff on silicon and glass substrates. The liftoff films will be metals or metal oxides typically 100 nm thick deposited using physical vapor deposition techniques like evaporation. Critical feature sizes will be ~50 microns. I would appreciate any information on products we can use for this application. Ideally the product should be soluble in acetone.
Thanks.
