Hi,

I contacted Shimadzu application support and they asked me for the product serial number that "starts with a letter followed by 11 digits, next to the Shimadzu logo". Mine only has 5 digits followed by "LP" below the logo, so they ignored me.

I would appreciate any documentation on this unit. Can anyone give me a pointer?
