[labnetwork] cadmium sputtering

Hi

We have a user requesting to sputter cadmium in our AJA system. After
discussing with a few target and machine vendors we are hesitant to allow
it on our system due to the potential contamination.
Has anyone sputter Cadmium without running into the contamination issues?
What techniques did you use?
Does anyone have a dedicated Cadmium sputter system or offer a Cadmium
sputter service?
