[labnetwork] valve cleaning advice

Peter,

Seems like this valve can be easily taken apart. There should not be too
many parts; if you keep track of everything while disassembling you should
be fine with putting it back together. Make sure the sealing materials are
compatible with whatever solvent you use to clean it.
