[labnetwork] Amorphous silicon carbide deposition

Hi all,

My name is Brandon and I am a researcher for Lawrence Livermore National
Labs. I am looking for a facility with amorphous silicon carbide deposition
capability on 4" Silicon substrates; ideally with recipes that have
determined the methane to silane ratios and the hydrogenation of the SiC
film. I would prefer something local to northern California area so that I
may attend, but I am not limited as shipping is a possibility.
