[labnetwork] Replacement tool for the Tencore Spectramap SM300

Dear Labnetwork,
  We are looking to upgrade our thin film measurement capability and need to replace our aging SM300 Spectramap.
Does anyone have a recommendation for a replacement system that would at the very least perform all the functions of the SM300?
