[labnetwork] Ion Mill/Ion Beam Etch Tools

Hi all,

We're looking into buying an ion mill, and I'm hoping to hear some opinions
and experiences about your ion mill tools. Any thoughts on the usefulness
of optional features (SIMS, OES, reactive gases, etc.) would also be great.
I'd appreciate any feedback on these issues.
