[labnetwork] level of service from ADVACO

Hello All,

If any of you on this list use/have used Advanced Vacuum Company (ADVACO)
for your vacuum pump/ cryo pump repairs, I would be very curious to know if
you have experienced any changes in the level of service you have received.
We switched to them years ago because they are very convenient to us, as
they provide pickup/dropoff service. After years of reliable service, we
have experienced a large number of issues with items they have repaired for
us which, prior to 2022, was very unusual. This has caused us a lot of
headaches and resulted in extended tool downtime.

Has anyone else had a similar experience? Have things been just fine for
you? I am very interested in reading what you have to say.
