[labnetwork] wet bench manufacturer recommendations

Kyle,

We have several different bench configurations, both inside and outside of
our cleanroom, along with other hardware that was supplied by JST
Manufacturing (https://jstmfg.com/).  We've had good luck with all of it,
other than some wear and tear from our users.
