[labnetwork] CIC1200 Gen 2 Power Supply for Suss MA6 DUV

Hi everyone,

I was wondering if anyone has any experience getting the Gen 2 PSU to work
with a DUV? Our sensors measure the intensity of both 240 nm and 405nm but
we're not getting any read-out on the PSU touchscreen.
