[labnetwork] Spincoater with automatic SU8 dispense

Hello,

Does anyone have a spin coater that automatically dispenses SU8 3050. I’d like to know if it repeatably produces SU8 film with high uniformity and no defects. Also would like to know if it’s easy to maintain.
