Dan,
Clarify for your community the difference between nitric oxide (NO),
nitrogen dioxide (NO2), and nitrous oxide (N2O).
The first two (nitric oxide and nitrogen dioxide) are Class I toxic gases
(LC50 <200ppm) .
I haven't found an LC50 for nitrous oxide - but I had 50% with oxygen at
the dentist office last week.
We chain the cylinder to the wall and treat like any other non hazardous
compressed gas.
No cabinet, no bunker, no sensor, just like the dentist.
