SCHEDULE
Below is the tentative schedule (breakfasts and lunches are included with the course).

6/4 - Day 1: Mandatory Registration, Orientation and Safety Training (5:00pm - 8:00pm)
6/5 - Day 2: Introduction & Microfluidic Systems (8:30am - 5:00pm)
6/6 - Day 3: MEMS Cantilever Fabrication (8:30am - 5:00pm)
6/7 - Day 4: Nanoelectrode Fabrication (8:30am - 5:00pm)

REGISTRATION FEES
Academic Rate / Government Rate: $425.00
Industrial Rate: $850.00
