Hi Sandra,
I know Filmetrics/KLA uses a Accurion Nano30 for their optical profilometer.
I don't have experience with any other suppliers, but the Nano30 worked
great:

Subject: [labnetwork] Question about passive tabletop vibration isolation
units
Howdy All,
Here at AggieFab, are considering the purchase of several passive tabletop
vibration isolation units for small metrology tools, etc., rather than have
these tools sit on more costly vibration isolation pads that are built into
the raised floor. Can anyone provide a recommendation for reputable vendors?
Thanks for your assistance!
