Hi Gohmyeong,
A bluescreen can occur for many reasons. Normally, you can find a hexadecimal number that gives a hint about what went wrong. Maybe you need to replace a different component. If the Harddrive is not broken, you can try removing it and creating an image of it. If It's broken, it maybe possible to repair the data using specialized programs.
Perhaps someone from Labnetwork has a similar machine and can provide an image or an installer for the system.

Dear Lab net work,
We have old version of SUSS microtec Mask aligner MA6 in our school.
But unfortunately, we lost the old PC windows and saw a blue screen.
We are trying to reset the windows, but we couldn't find the SW set up CD or install files.
Could you help me to set up this tool back? Or is there some solution for this?
