[labnetwork] 2" GaN Templates

Hello,
Does anybody have a source of low-cost 2" GaN on sapphire template wafers
that can ship to the US?
All of the Chinese sources seem to have dried up due to the Chinese
Ministry of Commerce GaN export restrictions.
We are looking for n-type and undoped, SSP, ~4 microns thick.
The current best price we have found is over $150/each, which is
substantially more expensive than we had previously been paying.
