[labnetwork] longevity of N2 purifiers

Hi Brian,

Thanks for the suggestion. Unfortunately, calculating the flow accurately
is virtually impossible. We share the LN2 supply with the entire building,
so even if we knew the total usage for the building, we'd have no way of
knowing how much of that is ours.
