Hi Oles,

For sure you will find them at MTI wafers (https://mtixtl.com/collections/inp-1). I would also check American elements or Wafertech (for the later it's worth directly emailing sales department at sales at wafertech.co.uk )

Good luck with your search!
Regards,
Maria

Subject: [labnetwork] InP Wafer Suppliers

You don't often get email from oles.fylypiv at ucf.edu. Learn why this is important<https://aka.ms/LearnAboutSenderIdentification>
Dear All,

I hope you are well. I'm reaching out to ask for indium phosphide suppliers. Due to restrictions from the Chinese government, InP wafers cannot be exported now. Does anyone know any suppliers or distributors of InP blanks (say 2") that would not be affected by this problem?

Very Respectfully,
Oles

PS: I know about UniversityWafer.com. My university needs three competitive quotes to make large-volume purchases.
