We’ve ordered from
InPACT

Before with success.
Took a while to get them to submit the order but eventually got our wafers.
 (We had requested below minimum 5-wafers, but never contacted us to tell
us. When I finally followed up and they told me, I just added one more
wafer to get the order through. )
