I also just went down this rabbit hole, the answer I got from MicroChemicals in Germany was that their North American distributor is -

Mr. Brad Williams bwilliams at imicromaterials.com or CUSTOMERSERVICE at IMICROMATERIALS.COM

I know that Jeremy Golden of Kemlabs has a product that is very similar and he is willing to sell small quantities.  I believe the US distributor of AZ4214ir has a minimum quantity of 1 case.
