Hi Gohmyeong,
We use distilled water in several systems that utilize SMC chillers. However, for one of our etchers we use Julabo Thermo C5. It is non-toxic. I would avoid glycol if possible. My contact with Julabo is Lisa Sprenger lisa.sprenger at julabo.us<mailto:lisa.sprenger at julabo.us>.

Subject: [labnetwork] Ethylene glycol for SMC chiller
Dear labnetwork,
We are seeking the proper coolant candidates for the SMC chiller system.
Is there any recommended products for the coolant mix combination?
Or a certain product line?
Thank you.
