[labnetwork] Denton Sputter Tool Help Needed

Hello All,

We recently replaced an EZAutomation touch screen on our Denton Explorer 14 sputter tool. During the process we lost the controller software, meaning the screen no longer communicates with the tool. The internal battery for the screen had died. Would anyone have a backup copy for this or a similar system?
