Dear MIT Lab Network Members,
We are excited to invite you to a knowledge transfer event at the <https://matter-systems.gatech.edu/> IMS cleanroom facilities at Georgia Tech<https://matter-systems.gatech.edu/>! In collaboration with Kurt J. Lesker, IMS is hosting the "ALD/PVD/Vacuum Technology Workshop<https://sites.gatech.edu/kurtjlesker-workshop-ims-georgiatech/>", taking place at Georgia Institute of Technology.
This workshop will cover the latest advancements in atomic layer deposition (ALD) and physical vapor deposition (PVD), along with a vacuum technology course conducted by experts from Kurt J. Lesker. Additionally, the event will showcase cutting-edge technology developments in our cleanrooms, presented by our users.
Participants will also have the opportunity for interactive Q&A sessions with the Kurt J. Lesker team.
