[labnetwork] Tencor P2 long scan profilometer software

Dear labnetwork,

We have a Tencor P2 profilometer that had been working fine for many years now (from the early 90's). However, it has recently started giving problems. First, the stage was overly tilted, so I had to manually adjust the tilt by rotating the shaft on the motorized tilt axis to level the stage, and the system worked normally again. Upon restarting the computer, the P2 software starts but now it immediately quits to DOS after the message to initialize the system, preventing me from using the P2 software.
I have tried resetting some configuration files, and even using an older mirror drive, but the same issue occurs.
I am wondering if anyone has faced a similar issue and if, by any chance, anyone still has the P2 software installation floppy disks.
