[labnetwork] FerroTec Carrera HV power supply (type HVP5.2 US)

Dear Dan,

I have a Lesker PVD 75 ebeam evaporator.
I had power supply problems in Summer 2022 and Summer 2023.
In Summer 2022, I sent a power supply and a controller to Lesker (PA, USA)
which fixed the problem by replacing the defective capacitor.
In Summer 2023, I sent a power supply and a controller to Ferrotec
(Germany) which fixed the problem by replacing the bad control board.
Both repairs cost about two thousand dollars and it took more than two
months to fix the problems.
If it was a minor issue (eg. defective capacitor), you make a good
electrician find the problem and fix it.

For other options, you could buy a new power supply and a controller.
I contacted Steven and he gave me a quote.
