Hi
We have an Angstrom Engineering Evovac evaporator in 2015. Their design
teams was easy to work with and they had everything drawn and spec'd out
just the way we asked. It is very heavily used because it has an
8-pocket ebeam gun and 2 thermal sources so it's very flexible in terms of
metal stacks.
The tool is well built and organized and they use quality components. The
software intuitive and easy to use (we have the last of the older style but
I hear the newer one is even easier.) The main advantage with Angstrom
is the service/support/troubleshooting - all the people at Angstrom are
willing to help you quickly with even the smallest problem or question.
