[labnetwork] Experience with Angstrom E-Beam Evaporators?

Hi Gabriel,
I double the previous referral.
We have two Angstrom ebeam tools (one older and one newer system) and they
are great. Great tools and great service.
I never worked with Kj Lesker tools and we do have two AJAs sputtering
systems. So I can’t comment on the e-beam performance. The sputtering tools
are pretty sturdy and robust. The service tends to be a bit on the slow
side, I think they might be bigger company (not sure about that) so it
takes time to get the answers.
Hope this helps.
Youry
