[labnetwork] Karl Suss RA 120 GaAs scriber user/Service manual/Schematic

Dear All,
                  Our lab has a Karl Suss RA120 GaAs scriber. Incidentally this unit has failed possibly due to failed power supply. Does anyone has a user/service manual (older equipment manuals had schematics for most equipment in the end of the user manuals) for this unit? I would appreciate if they are willing to share the PDF copy of the same.
