[labnetwork] HITACHI SEM S4700

Hello All,

We at the University of Central Florida have a Hitachi SEM S4700, and as it is an old equipment, Hitachi may not have spares for broken Printed Circuit Boards.

Would anyone be aware of any third party resources who might help us bring the SEM back to life.

Presently, it is experiencing some problems in the Def/Lens PCB in the system, and we may not have a spare for it.
