I wanted to ask whether AI is currently being implemented in your cleanroom operations such as recipe optimization, automated process control, predictive maintenance, or environmental/defect monitoring. Across the industry, AI is increasingly used to improve yield, optimize recipes, predict tool failures, and provide real-time decision support, with emerging ideas like self-learning recipes, digital twins, and AI copilots for operators.

I’d love to hear your thoughts on what you already have in place, where you see opportunities, and whether it makes sense to brainstorm potential AI use cases.
