[labnetwork] KLA D600 profilometer sensor assembly

Hello community,

The sensor assembly of  our KLA D600 profilometer was damaged in an incident. The original part quoted by KLA is too expensive for us. Does anyone know a place where we can buy either a used or 3rd party part?
