[labnetwork] CPD CO2 Cylinder Usage

Hello,

Here at Harvard, we use a scale to weigh the contents. We put a tag on the cylinder to inform users when the cylinder needs to be replaced and allow users to see the weight. They are to inform us if the cylinder needs to be replaced. We use roughly half of the contents of the cylinder.
