[labnetwork] Die level chlorine etch service/partner?

Hi All,

I'm looking for a foundry or university partner to do a bunch of chlorine
etching on diamond dies in a laser milled sapphire pocket wafer. The
current etches we have are pretty long and for bulk removal. Our etch uses
chlorine chemistry, so I'm hoping to find someone with excess unused tool
capacity. Oxygen roughens the diamond considerably, but would love some
tips too!

Any hints or interest?
