[labnetwork] 4-Wave Ion Beam PLC Code

Hello all, 
We at the University of Alabama Micro Fabrication Facility have run into an issue in which the plc program on our 4-Wave 840Q44 Ion Beam Etching System has been wiped. While we’ve fixed the issue, we do not have a copy of the program that was on the PLC. We’re reaching out to see if anyone might have this machine and can download the code from the PLC, happens to have a drive laying around with the code on it, or can offer any other form assistance.

Additionally, we have a Veeco Dektak V-220 Si that is having issues with the LVDT sensor. We are seeing no changes in the raw readout through the software, even after adjusting the z micrometer. If anyone can help us with this, we would greatly appreciate it.
