Hello colleagues and fellow researchers.
Here at Carleton University we have a Semiprobe probe station with an ATT (Advanced Temperature test systems) M300 cold chuck (-40C to 100C) that uses the now obsolete 3M NOVEC HFE 7200 cooling fluid.
The manufacturer has only listed one alternative fluid - JD7076 which we cannot find in North America.
The one possible alternative we have found online, is a product called ETI 7200 from Envirotech International (out of Chicago) but this has not yet been approved but the manufacturer.
Just wondering if anyone in the labnetwork community has ran into this or has one of these systems.
Thanks in Advance
