Dear UGIM / University Microfabrication Laboratory Network /
semiconductor fabrication community,

Thank you for your continued support of the UGIM conference, especially
your support of *Working Group 6's work on facility fee structures and cost
recovery models*.

We are requesting your participation in completing another survey to
support panel discussions at the upcoming UGIM conference. This survey is
designed to collect benchmarking information from university cleanrooms,
nanofabrication facilities, and shared research facilities. It focuses on
facility operations, cost recovery models, subsidy support, rate
structures, pricing categories, compliance practices, and approaches to
internal and external users.

Your input is very important and will help the working group better
understand common practices, challenges, opportunities across facilities,
and will help drive meaningful and impactful discussions at the upcoming
UGIM conference. The information collected will be reviewed in aggregate
and used to support benchmarking and future discussion within the UGIM
community.

A couple of notes about this survey:

   - This is a long survey, but the working group has structured it so
   many questions are optional. If you don't know how to answer a question,
   just skip it! :-)
   - On the last page there is an option to request a copy of the
   aggregated and de-identified data. This may be instrumental in your own
   internal discussions on this topic and is a compelling reason to take the
   time and complete our survey.
