Matt Ritchie was at Westbond and he now has good own business servicing their tools since they went bankrupt last year. I've been encouraging him to come to UGIM to meet everyone and clarify the situation.

Hello Labnetwork,

We have an older Westbond 7476D Wire Bonder that is need of some service.  Up until about a year ago, Westbond was very responsive when we’ve contacted them for service.  Now it seems like they may no longer be in business.  Emails to the service tech bounce, the phone numbers don’t work, and it looks like they no longer have a website.  Do those of you with these tools have a service contact person who we could contact?
