[labnetwork] Pt Wafer

Hi everyone,
I am looking for vendors or suppliers that provide Pt-coated Si wafers with strong (111) texture (3” or 4” preferred, ~100 nm Pt thickness, with or without adhesion layer).
Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
