[labnetwork] Looking for a place to do vacuum bonding

Hi All,

I'm looking for a place that can do vacuum copper thermocompression bonding
of dies, alignment not necessary and ideally with the ability to do wet
megasonic oxide strips. Anyone know a good place or would be interested?
We're currently doing it on a wafer bonder which works fine and might be
the preferred method.
