Another recommendation for RF Global Solutions from us at the JWNC. We have found them to be an excellent company to work with and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

I appreciate that shipping the unit across the Atlantic adds some logistical effort, but based on our experience, they would be well worth contacting to discuss the repair.

Our PlasmaPro 100 ICP RF unit has failed, and I was wondering if anyone knows a trusted source for repairs like this.

The unit is deprecated, and the solution available through Oxford is only to purchase a refurbished unit.
