[labnetwork] Removal of Silane Cylinder

Hi all,

Columbia Nano has a silane cylinder that needs disposal. Unfortunately, the
gas line can't be removed from the cylinder because it's seized on, so I
disconnected the line. It remains connected to the cylinder and is about 4
feet long and is bendable. The cylinder is around 20-30% full and is small,
size 40 CF.

Because the line is attached, the cylinder can't be shipped as is, and it
requires a cylinder overpack.

I was wondering if anyone has any recommendations for a company that can do
this type of work that isn't Veolia (already contacted them) or if someone
has dealt with a stuck CGA fitting on a silane cylinder.

Thank you in advance!
