Hi Dan
I'd recommend browsing through the surplus inventory at Ultrasil. You can often get close enough to the specs you need, and buy in very small quantities (since you're purchasing existing surplus wafers from past customer orders, as I understand): https://www.ultrasil.com/c/soi-wafers

Subject: [labnetwork] Sources for thicker silicon SOI wafers?
Lab Network Community,
I have a user looking to get SOI wafers with a 9 µm thick Si wafer for some isolated microfluidic work. Does anyone know places for SOI wafers with that thick a Si layer that sells in smaller batches (10 - 20)? Thanks.
Dan
