donation of a KLA 2132 Inspection </DIV>

<DIV>system and a SVG Vertical reactor-plumbed for SiN3, 6" wafer in both 

cases.</DIV>

<DIV>The KLA is believed to be complete, possibily missing a skin or two, 

otherwise complete.</DIV>

<DIV>No software.</DIV>

<DIV>The SVG is pretty comp-lete, needs quarts, may be missing a few 

parts.</DIV>
